Hyatt Australia Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Hyatt Australia Gift Card will be accepted at the following Hyatt Hotels in Australia only.

1. Treat this card like cash.
2. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
3. This card is redeemable for goods or services at participating hotels in Australia only.
4. Gift Cards CANNOT be used to guarantee hotel rooms, spa, restaurant or similar reservations or to make a cash deposit at a hotel. Gift Cards CAN only be used to settle all or a portion of guest room charges upon checkout or purchase or pay for services or activities at participating merchants at the hotel.
5. Hyatt Australia Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or refundable.
6. Gift Cards are valid for 36 months from the date of issue.
7. Will be void and may not be redeemed after expiry date.
8. Hyatt Australia Gift Cards cannot be reloaded.
9. Hyatt Australia Gift Cards are partially redeemable.
10. It is up to you to use the full value before expiry date.
11. Cash will not be given for any unused balance.
12. Additional values cannot be added to an existing Hyatt Australia Gift Card; however, additional gift cards can be purchased.
13. Unused balance on expiry of this card will not be refunded or credited.
14. If purchase exceeds available card balance, you must make up the difference with an alternative form of payment.
15. You are liable for all transactions on your card except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or any of our employees.
16. We may cancel any gift card, or the gift card scheme, for any reason at any time without notice. If so, we may either provide a refund or a replacement gift card of equivalent value unless we reasonably suspect fraud in relation to a gift card. The gift card remains our property.
17. We can vary or replace these conditions of use from time to time (including to introduce new fees) by publishing a notice on the website www.hyattaustraliagiftcards.viisolutions.com.au
